The most important conversation in healthcare happens at the chairside, and most of it is spoken. A clinician describes a procedure, a patient nods, and half the detail is gone by the parking lot. A screen at the point of care changes that: a 3D anatomy model the physician rotates while explaining, a treatment plan stepped through frame by frame, a before-and-after the patient can actually see.

TelemetryOS makes that screen an application, not a fixed appliance. Integrators build a chairside education app once with the React SDK — anatomy viewers, procedure explainers, consent walkthroughs — and deploy it git-to-screen to every practice they serve. One codebase becomes a product an integrator resells across dental groups, dermatology clinics, orthopedic offices, and veterinary practices, with updates shipping to the whole installed base at once.

The same screen earns its keep between consultations. Scheduled content runs when the app isn't in use — practice information, health education, seasonal reminders — and the clinician switches to the interactive app the moment a patient sits down. Devices play locally, so a network hiccup never interrupts a consultation in progress.

A chairside install is rarely one room. A practice has operatories, a waiting room, and reception; a dental service organization has hundreds of practices.
