Complex spaces lose people. Malls, hospitals, airports, and corporate campuses all share the same problem: a visitor standing still, scanning for a sign that may be out of date. Printed directories drift out of sync the day a tenant moves, and replacing them across a large property is slow and expensive.

TelemetryOS turns directories into a managed application. A shopper taps a searchable map, finds the store, and scans a QR code to carry the route on their phone. Listings, maps, and promotions update from one console and publish to every kiosk in seconds, so a tenant change or room move is a content edit, not a reprint.

Because each device knows where it is, content is location-aware: the you-are-here marker is always right, routes are calculated from that kiosk's position, and nearby amenities surface first. And because TelemetryOS devices run applications locally, a directory stays usable through a network outage — playback and interaction continue from the device, with updates syncing when the connection returns.

Wayfinding rarely lives alone. The same platform that drives the directory kiosks also runs the promotional screens at entrances, the digital tenant boards, and the event signage outside each venue — one console, one content pipeline, one fleet to monitor across the whole property.

For property operators and the integrators who build for them, that consolidation is the point. Device health, proof of playback, and content schedules are visible across every kiosk and screen, so a frozen directory is a dashboard alert, not a complaint at guest services.
