This promotion (“Free Premium Upgrade”) is available to TelemetryOS account holders who (a) create a TelemetryOS account, (b) purchase a new TelemetryOS Node Pro or Node Mini device, (c) activate their device on the TelemetryOS platform on or before September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”), and (d) upgrade their account to TelemetryOS Premium through their account settings. Activation means the device has been paired to an account and connected to TelemetryOS Studio at least once.
Qualifying participants will receive a complimentary upgrade from TelemetryOS Standard to TelemetryOS Premium for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of device activation (“Promotional Period”). The promotion covers the account-level Premium plan fee of $2,995 USD/year. Per-device license fees of $79/year per active device still apply and are not waived by this promotion. The first year of device licensing is included with each new device purchase.
At the conclusion of the twelve-month Promotional Period, your account will remain on TelemetryOS Premium and you will be automatically billed at the then-current annual Premium rate. Premium pricing is subject to change; the current rate at the time of this promotion is $2,995 USD/year. It is your responsibility to downgrade or cancel before the Promotional Period ends if you do not wish to be billed. You may downgrade to Standard or cancel at any time through your account settings.
Participants must maintain an active TelemetryOS account and at least one active device throughout the Promotional Period to retain Premium benefits. If all devices are removed or deactivated for more than thirty (30) consecutive days during the Promotional Period, TelemetryOS reserves the right to downgrade the account to Standard.
TelemetryApp Services Inc. (DBA TelemetryOS) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason, in its sole discretion. Any changes will not affect participants who have already qualified and activated their promotional Premium upgrade prior to the date of modification or termination.
THE PROMOTIONAL PREMIUM UPGRADE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TELEMETRYOS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROMOTIONAL SERVICES.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TelemetryApp Services Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this promotion, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the promotional benefit ($2,995 USD).
This promotion and these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the TelemetryOS Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and the TelemetryOS Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail. TelemetryOS reserves the right to disqualify any participant who TelemetryOS reasonably believes has violated these terms or has engaged in conduct that is fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful to TelemetryOS or other participants.
